A lot of work goes into quoting your project. First, we identify everything you need, whether a simple paint job or a more complex one, with several premium add-on services. Each quote takes into account the timeline and crew that will be completing your project. Finally, the materials. We use better paint than our competitors. If you find that our prices are a little higher than other quotes, it’s probably because we only use quality paint. It goes on smoother and lasts longer than contractor-grade or new construction paint. Paired with our award-winning process and experience, you can trust you’re getting the best value with Generation Painting Inc.

All of our painters have 5+ years of professional experience, a closely monitored quality and customer service rating, and are background checked. They go through an extensive vetting process so you can feel safe with them in your home or business and confident in their work

We protect our clients in two ways: (1) with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and (2) with our 5-Year Iron Clad Warranty. In the very rare case there is a paint failure due to a defective product or application, we’ll come back free of charge to make sure the affected areas are repaired and repainted. We put all our promises in writing. Once you sign our dual-column walk-through sheet, your job will be considered complete.

Yes. We make sure to protect our customers by carrying the appropriate coverages for general liability and workers’ compensation. On request, our insurance can send a copy to a homeowner or business at ANY time without hesitation.

YES! We use a daily checklist to make sure we keep the work area orderly and all tools and equipment stored safely in one place.

All of our quotes are firm, meaning the price will not change. The only hourly services we offer are related to popcorn and wallpaper removal. When applicable, this is noted clearly in the quote.

We make certain to remove all loose and flaking paint from all surfaces. Often, this is done by pressure washing or manually scraping. Sometimes, surfaced have to be scuffed up, abraded, profiled, or even primed to guarantee adhesion. That’s why we take our time where it counts…in the preparation.

We use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paints because we have a strong relationship with the brands’ quality products. This means if there is ever a manufacturing defect, we know that these companies will stand behind our work and your project.

Yes. In fact, in our quotes, we are happy to add a few references if requested. We have many happy customers and many referrals for you to see for yourself.

We require a 30% deposit to order the materials and secure your spot on our schedule. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your project when you are completely satisfied with our work.
